Courtney Mone't Person

18 Elite National

Courtney started playing at age 11, throughout high school and then moved on to be a four year started as a libero at Claflin University in South Carolina. In her time at Claflin, her team won the Eastern Division championships three out of her four years and continued to win the conference championship in her senior season. Courtney has coached AAU volleyball for two seasons in South Carolina before joining us at Boston UVC. Courtney also serves as the Director of Operations for Boston UVC.

Caitlyn Vann

17 Elite National

Caitlyn is a former Division I libero and professional volleyball player with over 10 years coaching experience. She won 4 State Championships and a National Championship at the high school level, was an All-American OH and Hall of Fame Athlete, played on the USAV Youth & Junior National Team, received a full-ride scholarship as a libero at the University of Missouri, played professionally overseas, and coached at the Division I level at DePaul University and Cal Berkeley. Prior to joining UVC she coached in St. Louis, MO where she also ran a nonprofit that provided free after-school volleyball training for low income girls. Caitlyn also serves as Associate Club Director for Boston UVC. 

Matt Dugan

16 Elite National

Matt Dugan,  native of New Lenox, Ill., is the Head Coach of Wentworth University. Dugan was a four-year letterwinner at Lasell, playing both the setter and libero positions during his career. He served as the Head Girls' Volleyball Coach at Wellesley High School after working as an assistant coach for both their boys' and girls' programs. He has been a part of the Beantown Volleyball program as a coach for the 16 Girls Elite and Boys 18 Platinum as well as a coach for the Sports Performance Setting academy.

Kevin Macdonald

15 Elite National

Kevin played volleyball through high school and then on the club team at the University of Rhode Island. He then moved into the coaching atmosphere, coaching for Rhode Island Blast while Assisting the Women’s volleyball team at the University of Rhode Island.
