During the camp portion of the tour, (July 8-12) parents and non-playing family members will be able to explore Italy on their own. Fri Jul 05 - Depart USA
Sat Jul 06 - Florence
Welcome to Florence! After clearing arrival formalities, make your way to the hotel in Florence.
Welcome dinner at a local restaurant in Florence. (3-course menu – excludes beverages.)
Sun Jul 07 - Florence
Breakfast at the hotel. This morning, meet your local guide and take a walking tour of Florence. Visit the stunning Duomo Complex, which includes the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Brunelleschi's Dome, Giotto's Bell Tower, the Baptistery of San Giovanni, the Crypt of Santa Reparata and the Opera Museum. Learn about influential Florentines like the Medici family and the poet Dante Alighieri. Stroll around Florence’s historical center. Known as the “cradle of the Renaissance,” Florence is home to some of the world’s most important Renaissance art and architecture. Your guide will show off Florence’s finest examples. Following your walking tour, the balance of the day is at your leisure.
Mon Jul 8 - Florence - trentino
Breakfast at the hotel. Players will meet at the Savino Del Bene club in Scandicci. From there, they will board a train to transport them to the volleyball camp in Trentino, in the beautiful Dolomites. All meals will be included, and you will have your first training session that afternoon. Accommodation will be included on site, and there will be evening activities, and lots of opportunities to get to know local players.
While players are at the camp, parents and other family members will be free to explore Italy on their own. Alternatively they can stay and enjoy the Dolomites, or we are offering an amazing tour of the Tuscany Region at additional cost for those that are interested- Check out the details HERE.
Tue/Wed/Thurs Jul 9/10/11 - trentino
World Class coaching from Savino Del Bene coaches and professional players, as well Boston UVC coaches, and the opportunity to train and play with local players. In between sessions, players will have access to the pool, gym, and beach volleyball facilities. There will be entertainment in the evenings, as well as two local cultural activities to participate in with local players. Transportation, accommodation and meals will be included.
Fri Jul 12 – trentino - Rome
For parents and families staying in Trentino, we will join the players at the camp for a farewell lunch. Then everyone will board the train and travel on to Rome. Alternatively, parents are welcome to meet us in Rome. Upon arrival in Rome, check in to your hotel.
Sat Jul 13 – Rome
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then meet your guide and depart for your half day Panoramic City Tour. Once known as the capital of the Western World, Rome is an open-air museum of art, history and politics. It encompasses all the historical eras, architectural styles and culture of the Italian Peninsula, in a mix of that leaves you spellbound.
Today you will pass by all the most important and must-see monuments of Rome include the Trevi Fountain, Vatican City, the Spanish Steps, Palatine Hill and more. The tour ends at the Colosseum where you’re welcome to visit if you wish. (Entrance not included).
The rest of the day will be at your leisure.
SUN Jul 14– Rome
Depart Rome / Return USA Breakfast at the hotel. Make your own way to the airport for your homebound flight (flight not included).

Once registration is processed, an invoice will be sent for the remaining balance.
