Logan Sras

Head Coach 16 Black

Logan is an accomplished Middle Blocker/Right Side player with a rich background in the sport. He brings a blend of playing expertise and coaching insight to the court.

Outside of UVC Logan plays with the Boston Hurricanes in the world of 9man volleyball.

As a coach, Logan finds particular joy in the dynamic and competitive "Servers vs. Passers" drill, emphasizing the crucial interplay between serving and passing skills.

Michelle Lo

Head Coach 16 Blue

Michelle is a skilled Libero/Defensive Specialist from Suffolk University, bringing her expertise UVC with 2 years of coaching experience.

In the heat of competition, a fond memory of playing was when she had to step into the Outside Hitter position when the team was out of subs —a testament to her versatility and adaptability on the court.

As a coach, she brings a wealth of playing experience and a passion for cultivating growth in players. Her favorite drill, the high-intensity "Speed Ball," reflects that commitment to enhancing agility and reaction time.

Toni onDRis

Assistant Coach 16 Black

Toni is a skilled Libero/Defensive specialist from Regis college who will be leading our 15 northeast team this season! She is returning to UVC for her 3rd season and we are very excited to have her on our staff again this season!

Toni brings great energy in the gym and pushes her athletes to get a little bit better every day.

Mary Beeler

Assistant Coach 16 Grey

Mary brings a great energy in the gym and we are very excited to have her assisting our 16 grey team this season! She played as an outside hitter and DS currently playing for the Wellesley college team.

As a multi-skill player, Mary understands the importance of being a utility player and works hard to develop well rounded athletes.

Kate Truog

Assistant Coach 16 Navy

Kate will be returning this season as the assistant on the 16 Navy team! We are very excited to have another former player joining the coaching staff as she has a great understanding of the culture and standard at UVC!

As a coach, Kate finds particular joy in the dynamic and competitive "Queen of the Court" drill with front-row hitting—a strategic and engaging exercise that emphasizes skill development and teamwork.

Noelle Winn

Head Coach 16 Navy

Coach Catherine was a four-year varsity member for her high school volleyball team (IN), and a five-year athlete at Munciana volleyball club (IN).

While at Munciana, Coach McKenna played on the 15U regional team for 1 year, and the 18U regional team for four years. She later went on to play for Augusta University (GA) where she was the starting libero for four years. During this time, she led her team to its first ever NCAA DII tournament.

We are thrilled to have Coach Catherine join us this season and bring her experience from one of the best clubs in the country, Munciana Volleyball.

Ava Ferrigno

Assistant Coach 16 Navy

Coach Ava is currently a DS/L at Brandeis University and is joining UVC in her first season assisting our 16 Navy team! We are very excited to have her join the staff after working multiple summer camps and seeing her immediate positive impact working with our athletets! She has coached in Boca Raton, FL as well as Mass and we are very excited to follow her success this season!

We are very excited to have Coach Kate leading our 16 Grey team this season! A skilled Outside Hitter/Defensive Specialist from Wellesley college she brings her 3 years of coaching experience to the gym this season! Her favorite drills are high energy 6x6 drills that force communication to build a great team chemistry!

Jules Vesneske

Head Coach 16 National

Coach Jules is a skilled RS/OH player coming to UVC in his first season with 7 years of playing and 3 years of coaching experience. He brings great energy in the gym and pushes his players to reach for excellence at all times. His encouraging attitude and positive demeanor shine throughout his practices.

His favorite drill is a toss up between cooperative 6s or coach on 2. Both drills that require high communication, effort and energy! We are very excited to watch his success this season at UVC!

Kaitlyn Watson

Assistant Coach 16 National

Coach Kaitlyn will be assisting the 16 National team this season! Kaitlyn hails from the Pacific Northwest and is a Division 1 Middle Blocker at Stonehill College.

Kaitlyn is new to UVC after playing club for 6 seasons in Washington and receiving All-League and All-State accolades in high school. Her favorite drill is the pyramid game and her favorite food is pad thai!

Kaity Ludder

Assistant Coach 16 Northeast

We are very excited to have Kaity joining us this season! Kaity played as both an Outside Hitter and Defensive Specialist at Hartwick College and draws on her experiences as a versatile player.

Kaity understands that being a fluid and adaptable athlete is a major key to success on the court. This philosophy permeates her coaching style, emphasizing the importance of versatility and quick thinking.

Some of Kaity’s favorite drills including"Half Court 2v2," is designed to sharpen skills in a condensed space, fostering agility, communication, and strategic play.

In her time off the court you’ll find her enjoying her favorite food of dried mangos and binging Harry Potter!

Rita is an accomplished Middle from Regis College, currently in her third year of coaching with UVC.

As a player, she was part of the GNAC runner-up team and earning distinctions as 2nd and 3rd team all GNAC, showcasing her dedication and skill on the court.

In coaching, she aims to share her knowledge and love for the game with the team. One of her favorite drills is the dynamic and strategic "Tennis," designed to enhance skills while fostering teamwork and agility.

Rita understands the tactical side of the sport, knowing that a smart tip/roll can be more effective than a hard swing and challenges her players to not only play hard but play smart as well!

Marin Grey

Head Coach 16 Pink

Coach Marin is a DS/ middle from Wellesley College who will be leading our 16 Pink team this season!

Marin has a great energy in the gym and always pushes her athletes to get 1% better every day. Her enthusiasm is and love for the game show in the way that she runs practices and drills and we are excited to follow her success this season!

Coach Alex a middle hitter at Simmons university will be joining our coaching staff leading our 16 white team this season! In his first season with UVC we are excited to have coach Alex working with our athletes. One of Alex’s favorite drills “USA” is a high energy and communication focused 6x6 drill.

Mckenna Mccool

Assistant Coach 16 White

Mckenna brings four years of coaching in her 3rd season with UVC and will be assisting our 16 White team this season! She has coached prior UVC teams to a top 3 finish in the champions league and is excited to be returning this season.

Mckenna truly values versatility in players which is reflected in the "Tennis" drill which is one of her favorite drills. She truly believes that being proficient in multiple skills outweighs excelling in just one aspect of the game. We are excited to have her working with our athletes this upcoming season!

Alina Nowakowski

Assistant Coach 16 White

Coach Alina is a Middle Blocker, Pin hitter from Brandeis University in her first year coaching at UVC! Coach Alina wll be working with our 16 White team this season. Her favorite drills are those with an emphasis on progression. Anything that pushes athletes to continue building on their skills in a step ladder approach! We are excited to follow Alina’s success this season.
